2010 Weekend Summer Concert Series

Spend part of each summer weekend in a peaceful country church converted to bring you the finest concerts in outstate Minnesota. As water splashes over the millpond dam and warm summer breezes ebb through the gardens, you'll enjoy classical, inspirational, folk, vocal and instrumental music or stellar spoken word performances. Peruse the gallery exhibits during intermission or visit with the locals who never miss a summer performance at Pope Art. Our eleventh season is sponsored in part by generous patron support, matching grants from Bob & Loene Bolin, Dave Munn & Linda Luksan, and Lila Creager along with grants from the Lake Region Arts Council through a Minnesota State Legislature appropriation. |
Performances begin at 7:30pm.
Admission $15 unless otherwise noted.

This jazzy group of vocalists includes Mary Lou Thunselle, Dedra Zwieg, Stephanie Osterberg and Miriam Thornquist. Kevin Lee accompanies on piano. The Hot Dishes are a perennial favorite at Pope Art returning for a tenth year. |
